Bestselling Author Adriana Trigiani at Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

Bestselling author Adriana Trigiani will be hosting a meet & greet, book signing and presentation on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing. The meet and greet will begin at 5:30 pm and the presentation will begin at 7 pm. Each attendee will receive a signed hard cover copy of Trigiani’s most recent release, Kiss Carlo.

Kiss Carlo was chosen by USA Today as one of the 10 Hot Books for Summer, and tells the story of an engaged World War II veteran who suddenly finds himself smitten with the leader of a local Shakespearean acting group, Calla. Trigiani is a close friend and former college roommate of Lansing area resident Catherine Brennan, who is part of a local book club.

“Adriana is a wonderful, funny woman,” says Lisa Hildorf, member of the book club organizing the visit. “She’s exceedingly accomplished as well.” Trigiani’s other works include All the Stars in the Heavens, The Shoemaker’s Wife, the Big Stone Gap series, the Valentine trilogy and Lucia, Lucia.

Tickets to the event are available through the St. Vincent’s Catholic Charities of Lansing website. Proceeds from the event will benefit the charity and the Children’s Home Book Club, a book club coordinated for young mothers currently living at St. Vincent’s.
