Creepy Clowns Terrifying California Towns

When a local photographer shot some photos of a creepy clown late at night for a special project, everything seemed innocent. But in the days that followed, when others started dresses as creepy clowns and began terrifying the locals that it became a problem.

Now, there has been at least one arrest and authorities and townsfolk are on edge, according to The Inquisitr. Copycat clowns are mostly just being a nuisance, but, that's enough for police to take action. The teen arrested was picked up for "suspicion of annoying a minor."

Another teen was said to be "visibly shaken" from the incident.
