Costco To Finally Open This Month

It's finally here! Our long awaited Costco store will officially open its doors to the public at 8 a.m. on Oct. 27.

The warehouse at 5800 Park Lake Road will employ roughly 200 people.  The store sits on the site of the former Four winds Golf Course.

The 157,000 square foot building will include a tire center.  A gas station with 24 pumps will also be built near the corner of Park Lake Road and Saginaw Street.  The stores parking lot will have more than 700 spaces.

Costco’s website says it will open a Traverse City location in October.  Here’s more from the Lansing State Journal.
