Costco is Approved, Coming to East Lansing 2017

The Costco proposal, which was approved by the East Lansing City Council has the business being built on 5800 Park Lake Road. The warehouse club will built between Saginaw Street and Haslett Road and it will include a tire center as well as a 24 pump stand alone gas station. Most of the land at the site of the Costco was where the Four Winds Golf Course once stood.

Construction on the warehouse will start in a few weeks in early 2017 and should be ready to open by Fall 2017. When completed about 150 new jobs will brought in East Lansing. To read more about taxes and other benefits to East Lansing, the LSJ has more.
