Who won the debate on Sunday night in Flint?

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders faced off and, though they disagree on plenty, they agreed that Governor Snyder needs to resign due to the Flint Water Crisis.  I am curious if they would be so quick to call for his resignation if he were a democratic governor.  Let's be honest, there are plenty of politics involved in all of this.  But, I digress...

Southern Illinois University's debate coach ranked the candidates' performance in the same way he ranks his own students' performance and judges using the same criteria.

Neither candidate got an A, according to Todd Graham's opinion on CNN.com.  But both candidates did have wins, he says.  It's an interesting perspective.
