There seems to be an influx of random, wild animals loose on Michigan streets lately.  Ostriches, wild cats, wild dogs and now a goat.  But according to the Detroit Free Press, by law, the Oakland County Animal Control and Pet Adoption Center must hold on to the goat for 21 days to give the owner that is, no doubt, missing this guy time to pick him up.  Otherwise... hey -- want a goat??
