Today on the show, we're talking getting active. It's been a long winter and I could totally go for losing a couple of those winter lbs. So I want to know what's the best thing to do to shed some winter weight. I know some days are touch and go with this winter weather, but for the most part, it's pretty nice considering what we just came from. Well, I think the mayor is on the same page as me. Here is where I need your help though. What do I do? I really want to get active this spring but I have to tell you, I'm totally anti workout guy. I can't stand doing it. I have to get motivated something special to be able to go out there and do something. Let alone join a gym and actually going there on a consistent basis? But, I'm in a new place and I figure I should try to be semi healthy. I want to be able to eat whatever I want and yet stay the same weight I am now. It's also been one of my life goals to finally run a 5K. What do you think is my first step to getting fit?
