It's official now Justin Bieber is not cool with people coming up to him on the street for pictures, so don't try it anymore. I kinda understand where he is coming from as I'm sure he is followed every second of everyday so he is doing this to protect himself and maybe his sanity. Though I'm still waiting for him to do a complete Britney Breakdown since he shaved his head recently and walks around the streets without shoes most of the time.
