Justin Bieber's new CD My World 2.0 arrives next Tuesday, and now he's announced that he's bringing that new music directly to his fans with his first-ever headlining tour of North America.  The tour, featuring Justin's buddy Sean Kingston as the opening act, will kick off June 23rd in Hartford, Connecticut.  Right now, it's expected to wrap September 4th in Allentown, Pennsylvania. 

To go along with the tour, Justin has launched a brand-new fan club website, BieberFever.com.  To become a member, register for the tour ticket presale, which starts this Thursday, at BieberFever.com.  VIP packages will also be for sale at that website.  The "Ultimate VIP Experience" package offers fans the top-priced floor ticket, entry to a pre-show sound check and a pre-show party, a gift bag and other goodies.

In other Justin news, he just released another track from the new album, "U Smile."  He wrote on Twitter, "'U Smile' is one of the greatest songs I have ever recorded...I wrote it for all my fans who got me here...so this one is for U."
