Jessica Simpson "Disappointed" By John Mayer's Playboy Interview
Jessica Simpson is paying a big price for John Mayer's big mouth. She's been making the media rounds to promote her new VH1 series The Price of Beauty, but she's been forced to answer questions regarding her ex-boyfriend's remarks to Playboy magazine. Mayer described Simpson as "sexual napalm" and compared her to "crack cocaine."
Simpson says she was "very disappointed" with Mayer, but she's managed to remain relatively calm, thanks to her experience on her new show. She says, "I found so much strength that I could handle it, you know, with dignity and grace, you know, because normally I would rant and rave over something like that." Simpson did joke during an appearance on ABC's The View that Mayer will "never have this napalm again." She also called him "stupid" for ending their relationship.
In The Price of Beauty, which premiered Monday, March 15th, Simpson travels around the world to learn how different cultures define beauty.
